Do you offer international shipping? Can I get an estimate?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. Estimates are determined based on factors such as the size, weight, and measurements of the shipment, as well as the shipping location and method (freight or UPS). To obtain a quote, please contact sales@adventurenesters.co with the address, item details, and preferred shipping method. Please allow 24-48 hours (approximately 2 days) for us to provide you with a quote.

If we are shipping a bumper, or if I have a rather large order being shipped by freight, why can’t I know in advance what the shipping costs would be?

Estimates are based on the size of the shipment, weight, and measurements. We would need to know exactly what you are ordering, the number of items of each product you would like shipped, and then load and palletize your order. At that point, we can obtain the necessary measurements: length, width, and height in inches, as well as the weight of the pallet. These details are then sent to our senior freight coordinator, who finds competitors to provide our customers with the lowest prices without sacrificing quality, using your address. Other factors include whether this is a residential delivery or local hub and whether or not a lift is utilized. Please contact sales@adventurenesters.co for a rough estimate and be prepared to provide the address, item, and method to which you are requesting the products to be shipped. Keep in mind, there is no way to know for sure until after the purchase is made and the above tasks have been completed, but we will do our best based on previous orders to supply you with a rough estimate. Please allow 24-48 hours (about 2 days) for us to provide you with a quote.

What happens if my order is missing, damaged, or incorrect?

Please report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items by contacting us within 7 days (1 week) of your delivery date. If a replacement product was sent, Adventurenesters will provide an RMA call tag for the return of the product. Failure to return the original item within 30 days will result in the customer being responsible for the cost of the replacement item. For damaged shipments, please retain all packaging materials. The shipping company will inspect the packaging materials to process the damage claim. The shipping company may contact the receiver to arrange a convenient time for picking up and inspecting the item. If your order has not arrived according to the tracking information, please contact Adventurenesters within 7 days (1 week) of the scheduled delivery date. We will contact the shipping company and take the necessary steps to locate your order.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we stand behind our products. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date for manufacturing defects or other issues agreed upon through communication. The products must be in like-new condition and arrive back at our facility in a like-new/saleable condition. Returns and determinations of errors or defects are at the sole discretion of Adventurenestes. Returns are not accepted for any products that were sold as open box, yard sale, or used. Returns are not accepted for "custom" products or products with "custom colors" on standard products. Once a custom order is placed and work has begun, it is no longer cancelable. Returns are not accepted for products that have been drilled or modified. This includes items like aluminum boxes that have been drilled for mounting, etc. Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects are at the sole discretion of Adventurenesters. If a return is authorized, packaging, insurance, and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will apply. All refunds will be processed once the product is received back at the Adventurenesters offices in like-new condition and free from damage. Please email sales@adventurenesters.co for a return authorization before shipping. Stolen or lost packages that have been marked as delivered or signed for are not the responsibility of Adventurenesters. Adventurenesters will do its best to work with the customer to locate the packages. Any modifications, damage, or holes drilled into a vehicle to mount or use an Adventurenesters product or third-party products are the sole responsibility of the owner. Adventurenesters will not refund, pay for repairs, or provide any sort of remedy for a vehicle that has been modified in the event of a return.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If an order is placed online or over the phone and a credit or debit card is used, there will be a 5% transaction fee for all canceled orders. Once an order is placed, you have a small window to cancel it before it processes at the warehouse. Once the order processes and is accepted by the warehouse, you may still request cancellation. However, please note that cancellation at that stage is not guaranteed. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return and will be subject to the guidelines outlined in the Return Policy above. *Only orders not yet processed for shipment (including backordered items) may be canceled. We will credit canceled orders in the form of the payment used. We will not credit or reissue coupons used on a canceled order. This cancellation policy does not apply to Special Order items. Special Order items are not eligible for cancellation. Refunds on cancellations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and, if granted, will incur a 5% transaction fee. Check stock availability, dimensions, details, application, and any other relevant information to be certain about the items you are ordering.
